Coming off Gap Mountain- pockets of larches starting to turn.<\/p><\/div>\n

Careful Moderate down climb. This was exploratory – not necessary – not the crux.<\/p><\/div>\n

About 770 m and 6.1 km RT.\u00a0 Upper mountain – Actual scramble section is very short.<\/p>\n

Kane crux has some small footholds and exposure but not hard.\u00a0 Balance moves with exposure.<\/p>\n

Rest of scramble has a couple of moderate moves but most could be avoided with route finding and connecting ledges.<\/p>\n

Explored the Spirko route which may be easier but less traffic so more loose rock.<\/p>\n
