Abbot Pass Hut Trail Approach\u2013 900m from O\u2019Hara, 660m from Oesa, steep scree, take a helmet – use up path and come down scree down path\u2013 taken from Yukness<\/p><\/div>\n

Abbot Pass \u2013 up trail has markings, either side of first buttress but right best, then stay left of pillar and next buttress, then follow trail across right to LH side of central gully.  Central gully is loose scree and is used for descent.
